1: After the confirmation of participation, please ask for a "Application Form"
(Agreement Form )for participating from the organizer and fill out it, then mail or fax it to the organizer;
2: The exhibitor shall pay the 50% of exhibition fee as deposit or full payment
to the organizer within 3 business days after both parties sign the Participating Agreement;
3:The balance shall be paid off by the exhibitor before April 1, 2019, if failures,
the organizer will be entitled to adjust or cancel its booked booth;
4: The organizer will sent out the "Exhibitor's Manual" to the exhibitors one month
before the exhibition start time after receiving the full payment of exhibition cost .
