The previous exhibition ended successfully at the Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center from May 8-10, 2025. With an exhibition area of 60000 square meters and nearly 2000 original manufacturers, new products, new technologies, and new channels competed to debut, providing a one-stop procurement and trade platform for professional buyers at home and abroad!  

At the same time as the exhibition, multiple forum activities were held, including the "Global Lighting Tasting", "Overseas Buyer Matchmaking Meeting", and the Global Strategy Seminar for Small and Medium sized Enterprises in Electronic Information. The activities focused on intelligent and healthy technologies in the lighting industry, strengthened cooperation between the upstream, midstream, and promoted high-quality development of China's lighting industry.

■Exhibition fees:

1) Booth Price (Application Deadline - March 1, 2026) : A 20% additional fee will be charged for double-sided opening booths, and no opening fee will be charged for 18 square meters

2) Booth configuration

Light booth: Only provides exhibition space, does not include exhibition stands, equipment, special decoration management fees, and power fees  

Standard booth: Chinese and English fascia board, 1 consultation table, 2 folding chairs, 2 spotlights, 1 power outlet, and 1 paper basket

■Exhibition Procedure:

1. Both parties sign the exhibition contract, and the exhibiting unit shall pay the full booth price within 3 working days;

2. Exhibitors are required to pay the remaining balance before March 1, 2026, otherwise the organizer has the right to adjust or cancel their designated booth;

3. After receiving the full booth fee, the organizing unit shall send the "Exhibition Handbook" to the exhibitors one month before the start of the exhibition.
